Jamaican Lemonade Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 lemon (the zest and juice)
1 cup lemonade
2 inches gingerroot
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cups ice

Preparations:
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 Smoothie.
