Fluffy Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup half and half
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cream, beaten stiff
Preparations:
Combine butter and chocolate in a bowl. Set over hot water and stir until melted. Stir in sugar, until dissolved. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in salt and cream. Set over hot water and stir until thoroughly blended, remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Set aside and allow to cool completely. Fold in whipped cream. Serve at room temperature.
Makes 4 Servings.
