Cut a one foot length for each napkin ring. Use 19 guage copper or galvanized steel wire. Straighten before using. |
Get your wire cutters and something to wrap the wire around evenly... about 1" in diameter round utensil handle. The smallest loop is one inch. |

Create a heart (as shown) with your fingers, or snub-nose pliers on one end of the wire. |
At the base of the wire heart place your 1" in diameter handle and wrapping all the wire around it. |

Slide the handle out, then, loosen the loops. Start under the heart making a 2" diameter loop, then, make a 1.5" loop. Lastly, make a 1" loop at the bottom. Optional: Spray with metallic paint. |
Napkins: Cut 16" to 18" squares and fray the edges of your designer fabric. Note: Four napkins uses 1 yard of 36" wide fabric. |

Pinch the center of the napkin and shake it. Thread the point through the loops behind the heart; which rests on top. Place on plates. Create matching table place settings or runner. |
